Mari Kamiki (神木 真理 Kamiki Mari?) is a young girl who reveals herself to be Pastel Penguin (パステルペンギン Pasuteru Pengin?), the (de facto) Sixth Ranger of the Jetmen.
Character History[]
Mari Kamiki is a girl who picked up a piece of Birdnium that had fallen to the surface when the Earth Ship was destroyed as a talisman. She was gradually influenced by the Birdonic Wave & was born as a warrior.

- Inability to Fly: Unlike the other Jetmen, Pastel Penguin is the only one who can't fly.
- Acrophobia: Mari has a great fear of heights. Of course, sometimes her pure concentration, unique to a child, helps her overcome the situation.

- Mari (真理) means "truth" in Japanese.
- Kamiki (神木) means "sacred tree" in Japanese.
Notes[]
- Had she appeared in Jetman, she would've preceded Kou of the Howling New Star (KibaRanger) as the first child Sentai Ranger by two years.
- Pastel Penguin being the only Jetman who can't fly is similar to how penguins are among the few birds with this inability.
