Marchioness Modurca is the eldest of the House of Zedd leadership & the one who brought up Zedd II. She is the new general in Power Rangers Hyper TQG, armed with a staff who's in charge of overseeing Shadow Towns, a task she delegates to her elite monsters called Keepers.
