Mannequeen is a torso mannequin-themed Hildon-type Shadoomer of the Shadow Empire. It was released by the invasion gate created from the dark energy gathered by Mannequan.

As with all Shadoomers, Mannequeen was a very unintelligent & feral monster who spoke only in roars.

Flight: Being a Hildon-type Shadoomer, Mannequeen was capable of flying through the air. However, unlike the first two Hildon Types that possessed flight capabilities, it could apparently fly without changing its form.
Mouth Pin Rounds: Mannequeenn can shoot multi-colored pins from the mouth of its Shadow Mask.

Strength - Mannequeen was able to haul the Gem Megazord multiple miles into the air before releasing it to drop to its doom.

Weaknesses[]

Neck Finial: Due to being themed after a dress form, the neck finial located atop its Shadow Mask was its weak point. A single focused attack on that area killed it instantly.

Arsenal[]

Tentacles - Although lacking actual weapons, Mannequeen had massive black tentacles to wrap around its enemies & lift them into the sky.

Mannqueen is:
- The first Hildon-Type Shadoomer to be summoned by a Silver Body-type Shadon.
- The first Mannequin-themed monster in Power Rangers history, along with its Shadon counterpart.
  - It is also the first monster to be based on a dress form (also known as a body form; a type of mannequin typically used by tailors & designers to pin & fit clothing)
- The first non-Shellga Type Shadoomer to share a similar object motif as its Shadon counterpart.
- The first Hildon Type Shadoomer to have a flight mode (or a flight ability in general) since Cloudon.
