Make-A-Wish is a vain and prideful monster themed after Tanabata and armed with the Bamboo Forest Spear .His techniques are the Bamboo Leaf Killing Method and the Bamboo Spear Slash . Using paper created from his body, Make-A-Wish is used by Joyra in a scheme to grant peoples' wishes. However, once obtaining the joy energy sealed in the paper, the people start to weaken before eventually dying the day after. Though Reese had a hard time catching him, Make-A-Wish is caught off guard by a punch from Reese's father Anthony, as Reese himself destroys the bamboo tube holding the joy energy. Defeated by the Kentro Lance after suffering the effects of his power to wish for their defeat, an enlarged Make-A-Wish is destroyed by Dino Shaolin Megazord. In the Special DVD, he revives alongside Kid Napper as the ghost Festival Brothers and possesses Baron before being destroyed by Red Dino Charge Ranger and Gold Dino Charge Ranger.
