Lucy is the Pink Ranger of the Steel Corps Rangers who transforms into the Mystic Steel Ranger. She is the fourth member to join the Steel Corps Rangers.
History[]
Childhood[]
Young Lucy
When she was a child, she saw a neighbor with Sammy played in the outside of Ironweaver. However, she asks Sammy to play together. This event is before being destroyed in her teenager age.
Escape to the Earth[]
Lucy was escape the Ironweaver alongside with Sammy and Max, while Volt has been imprisoned by some troops of Z-Borg. Lucy was seen in an interview regarding the opinion of the masses, where she was panic at her responding. Destination Ironhenge
Some time later, she and many Earth residents suddenly found mushrooms growing on their heads. She got panicked when the mushrooms started releasing poisonous spores, which suffocated the nearby humans. The Wandering Beast
Meeting with Kim Jun-myeong[]
Nervously making her way across town, Lucy followed a fortune and ended up being bowled over by the Steel Corps Ranger, who had recently slipped due to Frostweaver making the town streets a traction nightmare by freezing them. To Lucy's surprise, the group included Sammy, and she tearfully greeted him once more as the 4 made their way to Kim's Cafe, where they exchanged introductions. Although she refused to join the team, Lucy attempted to find Frostweaver using her fortune-telling skills, though to Max's growing frustrations, the predictions were flops every single time, and after an outburst Lucy began doubting herself until the group was pointed towards a wharf. Eventually deciding to take a stand, Lucy asked to join the Steel Corps Rangers and became Mystic Steel Ranger for the first time. With her help, Frostweaver was decimated, and her new zord form (Steelzord Dragon) helps seal the deal with Frost Reaver. Lucy decided to join the Steel Battleforce and moved in with the other Steel Corps Rangers afterwards, using her fortune-telling skills to lead the others towards the last Steel Corps Ranger.

Personality[]
Lucy is reserved and brave, but can also be fierce. She loves magic and the occult, and can become a true otaku about it when she wants. On the other hand, she hates cleaning up. She considers humans like fantasy creatures.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Ironnoid Physiology: As a robotic being, Lucy displays the following abilities:
- Poison Spore Immunity: All the Ironnoid on Earth were completely unaffected by the poisonous spores produced by Mushrollow's mushrooms, which caused shortness of breath in organic lifeforms.
- LED Lights: Lucy's skirt comes with light green LED lights, which allow her to see in the dark when activated.
- Fortune Telling: With the crystal ball she carries everywhere, Lucy can perform fortune telling to lead her to her or the Steel Corps Rangers' next goal. While very prone to failure, at moments it has shown to be handy such as by finding Sammy and hinting the Ranger to the final Steel Corps Rangers. Even then, the response is either only partially correct or vague.

- Ablutophobia: Lucy can easily fear of cleaning.

Portrayal[]
Lucy is voiced by Hannah Delisha. While her Japanese suit actor was played by Ayumi Shimizono, who previously played as the suit actor for Radiance Charge Pink Ranger and Fossil Morphers Pink.
