Lord X is the commander of the Dark Railway, and the main villain of Power Rangers Track Force. He is not actually seen until later on in the series. The Dark Railway works to gather the darkness in human hearts to complete the railway so they can grant Lord X entry into the world and to make the Earth habitable for all of its monsters. He also has his 3 trusty minions, Baron Eclipse, Madame Mischief, and General Crush.
