Long Draco is the commander of the Space Zodiac Rangers. He becomes the tenth member of the team, Purple Zodiac Ranger.

Kyu-violet — Purple Zodiac Ranger (Incomplete)

Purple Zodiac Ranger (Incomplete) is the Long Draco's initial Ranger form. Of the current Space Zodiac Ranger, this is the oldest-known form. Being that his Zodiac Sphere at the time, this transformation had a time limit, leaving Shou weakened when expired.

Purple Zodiac Ranger is the Long Draco's newest Ranger form. When the power of the nine Morph Zodiac Sphere resonated with his desire to fight alongside the Space Zodiac Rangers, the Long's Zodiac Sphere evolved to a morph and manifested the Draco Zodiac Zord.

Long is voiced by Jamie Linehan. As Purple Zodiac Ranger, his suit actor in Super Sentai footage from Kyuranger is Hideaki Kusaka (日下秀昭, Kusaka Hideaki^?).

Notes[]

It is debatable whether he or Reese Hawstorm are considered the Sixth Rangers of their team. Toei has not made any official association nor comparison with previous Ranger teams.
Of the 88 constellations, Ryu Commander represents the constellation Draco, "The Dragon".
He is also similar to Anubis Cruger from S.P.D. due to animal mentor becoming a Ranger.
The Purple Zodiac Ranger's Incomplete form suit is the breastplate and helmet from the Purple Zodiac Ranger suit combined with the Rail Ranger #7 costume.
Long Draco is the first Purple Ranger to have a dragon theme.
Shou shares his back weakness with Albert Smith from Dino Charge.
- Incidentally, both of them are purple-colored Rangers.
