Civilian and Alien Allies[]
- Bulk: Zack' ex friend who is a senior at Angel Grove high and is obsessed with discovering the rangers identities. He has a short temper and is the leader of his gang, usually the brain behind most of their operatives and plans to catch the rangers. He used to bully Billy but after Zack defended him, he shifted his focus to annoy his ex friend. Bulk is portrayed by Paul Schrier.
- Skull: The best friend of Bulk and an ex friend of Zack. Usually following Bulk in his plans, Skulk plays the pawn part in the friendship as he is constantly force by Bulk to do the physical part of the operation to discover the identity of the power rangers. He is a senior at Angel Grove High and seems to have an non reciprocated crush on Kim. Skulk is portrayed by Jason Narvy.
- Jessica Hart: Kim's paternal cousin who is a sophomore student at Angel Grove High. Being part of the royalty at school and head cheerleader, Jessica is a very popular student who rules school with terror, she is a mean girl who knows how to manipulate Kim and the rest around her to play by her side. She used to date Zack as he was sort of popular, but as soon as he got into Juvie, she dumped him for another football team guy. She only is close to Kim as she is her cousin but doesn't really like her as much as she is competition for Queen Bee.
- Ernie: He is the owner & bartender of the city's Juice Bar. Not much of Ernie's family or how he came to Angel Grove is known, only that he immigrated from Mexico at 17, he has an engineering degree in Informatics and he opened the Juice Bar when he was 30 years old. Since then, the bar has gotten bigger and more renowned, even opening a stage for young artists and singers. Ernie is portrayed by the actor Richard Genelle.
- Pearl Scott: Jason's little sister.
