Lion Eyes was a monster created by JanDec. He was created using the trapped spirit of Panthera.
History[]
In Lion Face, Jan Dec reflects his past defeats. He calls upon Nomas to help him. Nomas suggests turning a spirit of loyalty and trap them inside a monster which induces deceit. He also suggests that the spirit should be Panthera, the spirit of the stars, who is fiercely loyal to the sun, the biggest star in the solar system. Jan Dec agrees and goes to the sun. He threatens to freeze it and Panthera appears. Panthera scratches Jan Dec near the eye and he gets trapped inside Lion Eyes.
On Earth, Snow Prince and Taranee are arguing over what the temperature in their current area should be. Lion Eyes appears and uses his supernatural eyes on Snow Prince. Snow Prince sees visions of Taranee hurt and can't handle them. Therefore, Snow Prince falls under the control of Lion Eyes. Snow Prince attacks Taranee wit his ice attacks but she flies away.
Lion Eyes uses his powers of hypnotism to make Snow Prince focused on freezing the entire place and sends him off. The rest of the rangers appear and start attacking Lion Eyes. Snow Prince comes back but Taranee attacks him. Bloom shoots her Cupid Bow at one of Lion Eyes's supernatural eyes and Snow Prince regains his control. JanDec quickly uses his Frostbite on Lion Eyes. Snow Prince morphs and uses his Size Enhancement to make himself bigger. Snow Prince uses his ice attacks on Lion Eyes's eyes and he's destroyed. The spirit of Panthera is set free and thanks the rangers.

Supernatural Eyes - Since Lion Eyes was created from the trapped spirit of Panthera and had JanDec's Frostbite in his eyes he possessed two supernatural eyes with great powers.
- Hypnotic Vision - The ability to use hypnosis and persuasion to make one highly concentrated on the wishes of the user.
- Ocular Techniques - The ability to gain special abilities from the eyes
- Illusion Eyes - Power to manipulate realistic illusions
- Optic Blasts - Ability to emit energy blasts from the eyes
Pantherinae Physiology - Lion Eyes was created with the trapped force of the Panthera, the spirit of all species of all Panthera species on Earth. Therefore, he can gain powers of Panthera species.

- Enhanced Durability - The power to resist damage
- Snow Leopard Physiology - The power to gain powers of a snow leopard
- Artic Adaption - Power to adapt to cooler environments
Weaknesses[]
Lion Eyes' central weak point is his eyes. Any attack at his eyes can severely nullify his powers. A powerful blast to his eyes can destroy him.
