Levon is the Green Chi Ranger of the Chi Star Rangers. He is a TBD-year-old member of the modern day Chi Guardians and is the most gentle and serious of the team. He was raised by the Chi Guardians since birth and is in love with TBA.

Green Chi Ranger
As the Green Chi Ranger, Levon uses a variation of Hung Gar called Lion-First that enables him to generate mists to confuse opponents as well as to create life-like illusions to attack them.

Lion-Fist[]
- Chi Power: A basic attack possessed by all six Chi Star Rangers where they project a wave of force from their hands.
- Mist Illusion: Levon's signature attack. Using his Chi Power, Levon raises a cloud of fog to confuse his opponents before attacking them with life like illusions.
- Illusion Chi Javelin: Where Levon uses his Chi Rod in bladed sasumata mode, before using the cloud of illusions to confuse his enemy then finally throwing his rod at the enemy.
- Image Illusion Slash: Where Levon lets out illusionary afterimages to confuse the enemy, before doing a double slash attack with the Chi Star Saber and the Dairen Rod(satsumata mode).
- Lion Chi Cloning: Where he can use his illusionary powers to make clones to confuse the enemy.

The Green Chi Ranger Morphin Key is Levon's personal Morphin Key and what became of his powers after he along with the rest of the 34 Power Ranger teams sacrificed their powers to end the Legend Ranger War.
This key along with the majority of the Morphin Keys were collected by the Power Pirates and later used by the Quasar Pirates. The Green Chi Ranger Morphin Key was mainly used by Carver Docanin (Quasar Pirate Green), who used it to fight as the Green Chi Ranger. It was also used by Lydia (Quasar Pirate Yellow) on one occasion.
After TBA were finally defeated, the Quasar Pirates gave the Morphin Keys back to their rightful owners. It is presumed that Levon received his key and became the Green Chi Ranger once more.
