Just like Nobunaga, Kennyo is from the Sengoku period who is now in the Reiwa period, he is Nobunaga’s rival and will not stop on his revenge.
Before becoming Ninjuu Killer, Kennyo was once a monk and prays after offing a victim. He is sadistic and cruel, he knows that his revenge is a futile act but he doesn’t care.
Kennyo is a challenge to the Ninjuuger team and he views them as a weak team. During his time in the present he begins to question himself and his rivalry with Nobunaga

- Kennyo was inspired from the mobile dating sim Otobe game Ikémen Sengoku just like with Nobunaga Oda
- He is also inspired from Mikoto, AbareKiller from Abaranger
- Just like how Nobunaga won’t be fully based on the historical figure, neither will Kennyo, just loosely.
