Joe is the Scarab Vanguard of the Beast Vanguards.
Biography[]
Inventive and cool-headed, the engineer and tech genius. As a later addition to the team, Joe brings his ingenuity and tech skills to combat the Data Dominion’s advanced weaponry.

Joe's Avatar
Joe's avatar is his current Earth "body", operating remotely from himself in subspace. It's appearance is that of his 27 year-old self. This avatar is linked to Stagger and is easily replaceable, should something happen. The avatar form can transform into Scarab Vanguard. It's revealed that whenever Joe's avatar is destroyed, Joe's real body takes damage and it is implied that if his avatar is destroyed enough times, it can potentially kill him.

Scarab Vanguard
Whenever Joe and Stagger transform together, Stagger's armor parts form Scarab Vanguard's suit. However, it's been seen that he can also transform alone and that his suit still retains facsimiles of Stagger's armor parts, though they are still copied off of Stagger, rather than appearing out of nowhere. When Stagger was magnetized to Henry by Magnet Borg, it was said that Joe was unable to transform without him.

Scarab Vanguard
The Scarab Vanguard Key is a Beast Vanguard Key released as part of a toyline set of Beast Vanguard Keys. It is unknown if it will appear in a future crossover. Of course as with all Legendary Ranger Keys, should it exist, it would be able to transform one, i.e. Morphin Marauder Silver , into Scarab Vanguard.
