Jillian "Jill" Davis is Railer Yellow, the Yellow Ranger of the Rescue Railers.

Personality[]
She is a woman with a confusing character. Though she is a tomboy, she is always seen doing traditionally "girly" things. But aside from that, Jill is very headstrong and not afraid to speak what's on her mind, regardless if it may offend anyone nearby. However, despite her independent nature, Jill is shown to be a bit of an attention-grabber, doing things to draw her friends towards her and make them give her their full attention. It's later revealed that it's because she doesn't want to be forgotten by her friends, a trait that she soon grows out of.
