Jamie Dowell is the Safari Ranger, the Sixth Ranger of the Primal Instinct Rangers. Originally a human, before being turned into a hybrid monster by the Animaliens.

The Safari Ranger is Jamie's ranger form which he accesses through the the power of the Safari Primal Cube.
Safari Ranger Rhino Form
Rhino Form is the Safari Ranger's primary form. This power was gained when the power of the Safari Primal Cube was given to him by the rhino Spirit Animal, Rhinocero. To access this form he turns the cube on his Safari Morpher to the Rhinoceros side activating his black form and powers.

Safari Ranger Wolf Form
Wolf Form is one of the Safari Ranger's alternate forms. This power was gained when the power of the Safari Primal Cube was given to him by the Wolf Spirit Animal. To access this form he turns the cube on his Safari Morpher to the Wolf side activating his silver form and powers. In this form he has immense speed and prefers to shoot rather than attack at close range.

Safari Ranger Crocodile Form
Crocodile Form is one of the Safari Ranger's alternate forms. This power was gained when the power of the Safari Primal Cube was given to him by the Crocodile Spirit Animal. To access this form he turns the cube on his Safari Morpher to the Crocodile side activating his gold form and powers. In this form he is physically stronger and prefers to attack at close range.

Instinct Power
With his Instinct Power, the Safari Ranger uses the sum total of all his animal powers. His crocodile side provides him with a tail on his right arm for whipping attacks while his wolf side gives him claws on his left hand for slashing attacks. He is also armed with horned shoulder armor provided by his rhino side.

Before Jamie joined the Rangers, he was transformed into a hybrid monster called the Triple Beast by being fused with the DNA of a Rhino, Crocodile and Wolf. Even after being defeated by the Rangers, he remained in his monster form permanently, but regained his normal personality.

- Superhuman Strength: As the Triple Beast, Jamie obtained incredible strength that allowed him to crush cars easily and slash through concrete.
Weaknesses[]
- Loss of Speech: As the Triple Beast, Jamie lost the ability to speak and could only communicate through roars and growls. He later regained this after being defeated.
- Mindlessness: As the Triple Beast, Jamie lost the ability to think clearly, and would be left to destroy everything in his path without second thought. He later regained this after being defeated.
