Jacob Russell is Cosmo Charge Aquila, the Pink Ranger of the Cosmo Charge Rangers.

Personality
Jacob was shown to be serious and short-tempered, as shown as when he hit Lieutenant Draco because of him thinking about new reply words instead of Ranger safety. He is also shown to be brave, as he delivered the Twins Ranger Power Globe to Luke while running across the battlefield. However, despite his seriousness, Jacob tends to daydream and write in his tablet about her fighting alongside the Rangers. His dream eventually became reality, when his wish created the Aquila Ranger Power Globe. He sees the Orion as his Uncle, due to an incident where both he and Cameron were trapped in a magnetic storm during a warp drive test, where she believed that the ship saved them both.
It was hinted that he might have a crush on Cameron (But Cameron revealed to him that he wasn't looking for anyone at the moment).

Jacob uses the Cosmic Controller with the "Aquila" Ranger Power Globe to morph into Cosmo Charge Aquila.

Jacob is portrayed by Kade Gottlieb (Gottmik) who is best known for finishing 2nd in the 13th season of RuPaul's Drag Race. In the Kyuranger stock footage, his suit actor is Ryoko Gomi (äŗå³ę¶¼å Gomi Ryoko).
