Powers[]
- Durability: Huntor was not hurt by a very powerful punch to the stomach from the Red Ranger's Gorilla Mode nor the fact that punch knocked him off his building onto concrete.
- Moustache Attack: Huntor could pull his moustache from his face to throw it as a boomerang.
- Higemerang Control-Huntor seemed to have telepathic control over his boomerangs since they followed Leon and tried to defend him to no avail.
- Shoulder Gun': Huntor had a pair of mounted guns on his shoulders that allowed Huntor to shoot giant orange fire balls capable of obliterating a large group of Moebas with one hit.
- Rifle Shot: Huntor's signature move where Huntor used his rifle to fire a special bullet that would freeze his target(s).
- Equilibrium: Huntor remained standing despite being shot repeatedly in the feet by Trunks Primal Gun.
- Leg Gun: Huntor had a pair pair of guns located in the sole of his right leg that was his ultimate weapon which he fired by bracing himself and kicking his legs sideways at the enemy to fire giant orange energy bullets.
Abilities[]
- Quick Reactions: Huntor was able to duck all five Primal Instinct Rangers swinging at him on a vine with an instant's notice.
- Marksmanship: Huntor could utilize his shooting skills with extreme precision such as shooting a Giganta-Coin out of the air and blasting a glass apart with a single shot.
- Sharpshooting: Huntor was able to shoot one of Sonite's Giganta-Coins out of the air with a single shot.
- Sniping: An extension of Huntor's marksmanship skills was that he was an exceptionally good sniper capable of hitting things from dozens of feet away.
Weaknesses[]
- Reload Time: Huntor needed three seconds to reload before firing again which gave Leo and Tusk enough time to get to cover repeatedly.
- Running Victims: Huntor's hunting tactics relied on his victims walking or being stationery. The Monster was unable to hit people when they were running due to not being able to lock onto them and limited ammo meant that he couldn't afford to miss.
- Riffle Destruction: Huntor's riffle was the source of his freezing powers. When Leon destroyed it, all of his victims were thusly restored.
- Hand to Hand Combat: Huntor relied upon his riffle and energy blasts in combat as he was basically useless in an outright brawl.
- Limited Ammo: Although an extremely skilled hunter, Huntor had very limited ammo when it came to his ammo and had to retreat to resupply. The same applied to his leg based gun and this was his undoing.

- Rifle: Huntor's signature weapon was a sniper rifle that he used to hunt his victims and fire red energy lasers at them.
