Synopsis
The Nitro Charge Rangers became famous as the "Mysterious Tire People." According to a news program, "the government is investigating these masked vigilantes." Meanwhile, Zara, who has morphed into the Pink Nitro Charge Ranger, is arrested by police officer Austin O'Leary...!?
