Hermes (エルメス Erumesu?) is a second generation Greek God, the God of roads, travel, gymnasiums, athletes, diplomacy, orators, thieves, commerce, trade, and invention, and the son of Zeus and Maia. He is a mentor of the Seikengers, as well as the father of the Ishioka Siblings.
History[]
Personality[]
One of the more reasonable and helpful gods, Hermes is one of the gods who generally understands mortals better than most, as he, like other gods such as Artemis, is among them the most. He is not prone to godly arrogance or quirks, and is generally the most "human" of the Gods. He is the mentor who aids and helps the Seikengers plan while Natsumi encourages and Hecate shows outcomes, and is one of the more active parents among the gods, seeing his Demigod children on a near daily basis. At the same time, as the god of thieves, he tends to be one of the more clever and cunning gods who does whatever necessary to get what he wants. He believes that even if something morally isn't right, it is still right to do if it will benefit everyone in the long run, one of the reasons why he is the patron of the Lupinrangers. Among the Olympians who do not live in the Underworld, he is easily the least wary of the kingdom of the dead, and seemingly on good terms with Hades. As the God of travelers, diplomacy, and commerce, he is generally the one who sponsors more unorthodox teams such as the Gokaigers and Lupinrangers, and generally is very hospital as he takes in anyone who doesn't have someone to take them in. As such, he got along well with Jeramie Brasieri as both have stated that if anyone ever wants to run away, their homes are open.
