Henry is eccentric and enigmatic, possessing knowledge of the Express Force Rangers' past, which he guards from the group. During the events of Choo-Choo! New Adventure Departing:Ranger 7 On Track, Henry is revealed to have been promoted to the commander of the Rainbow Rail's railroad police force and to have become Ranger 7.
