General Lokoon (formerly known as Claudius) was the former secondary antagonist of Power Rangers Crystalizers. He was initially one of the generals of the Shadobsidian Raiders, serving the Empire's true ruler Lord Ynox. However, after taking out Lord Ynox, he took over his throne and evolved into High Lord Lokoon, becoming the new ruler of the Raiders temporarily before Ynox revived himself.

Lokoon's default form is essentially just his past self in a protective suit of armor which was strong enough the withstand the power of the Great Phoenix Bow.
Powers & Abilities
- Strength: In all of his battles, Lokoon was strong enough to take out the Kiramagers with overwhelming assaults and sword slashes.
- Imagination Manifestation: Like Castor Yeager and King Auraddin, Lokoon possesses a strong imagination, which allowed him to transform the Dark Spirit Crystal into Crystalzord Rex.
- Armor Manifestation: Lokoon can manifest his armor from his body and place it on himself with his mind.
- Dark Fire Projection: Lokoon can shoot out a stream of dark fire from his hand, as seen in his battle with Castor.
- Calamentality: Uncommon among Luminians, Lokoon possesses Calamentality, the dark equivalent of Shinetality, which utilizes his anger and rage to increase his power.
- Dark Energy Generation: Through his Calamentality, Lokoon can generate dark energy to empower himself.
- Monster Reviving/Enlarging: Lokoon revived and enlarged the Shadow Hecatomon using his Calamental powers.
- Object Transformation: Lokoon was able to transform a series of spelling cards into Shadobsidian specific ones for his scheme with Speller.
- Dark Energy Generation: Through his Calamentality, Lokoon can generate dark energy to empower himself.
- Shockwaves: Lokoon can release violet shockwaves either through his kick or by stepping on his opponents.
- Corruption: Lokoon can corrupt an opponent's heart, and with the help of a Hecatomon, turn them into unwilling puppets of evil. The victims' minds are still intact, but they have no control over their actions.
- Zord Control: Lokoon gained the ability to brainwash a Zord, which he demonstrated by mind-controlling Crystalzord Embark.
- Shadow Absorption: Lokoon has been shown to have the ability to absorb shadows/darkness.
- Teleportation: Lokoon can teleport by vanishing in a burst of dark energy.
- Communication: Lokoon was able to communicate with Morrigan by touching the side of his helmet.
- Telepathy: Lokoon was able to talk with Lord Ynox mentally.
- Skilled Manipulator: Lokoon can manipulate people for his own means, which he did to Amethyst, Dai, and later Lord Ynox.
- Mist Generation: Lokoon has the ability to unleash a dark mist.
- Muddite Conversion: With his mist, Lokoon can cause his victims to act like Muddites.
- Extraordinary Leaper: Lokoon can leap at incredible distance.
- Enhanced Speed: Lokoon possesses augmented speed, which allowed him to sneak up behind on Castor.
- Self-Growth: After taking out Lord Ynox within his mind, Lokoon can make himself grow giant.
- Transformation: After taking out Lord Ynox within his mind, Lokoon was able to transform into his Lord form at will.
- Consciousness Transference: Lokoon was able to transfer his consciousness into Crystalzord Rex in order to survive temporarily.
Arsenal
- Hook Sword: Lokoon wields a hook-bladed sword in combat.
- Spark Generation: Lokoon can draw the tip of his hook sword along the ground in a straight line to generate a large wave of sparks.
- Energy Empowerment: Lokoon can charge up the blade of his sword with violet and magenta energies to slash at full force.
- Darkslash: Lokoon's strongest attack where he channels an immense amount of dark energy into his sword, making it appear much larger than it really is and then unleash a massive energy slash that would cleave down the center of his enemy, immediately killing them. This killed his brother, Frigid, and Resetter.
- Energy Cuts: After being empowered by Ynox, Lokoon could charge his sword up with purple energy and flick it forward to unleash a dark energy cut in the shape of a crescent blade. It could cut into his enemies with enough force and was strong enough to take down Castor with one hit.
- Spark Slash: Lokoon can channel pink and yellow lightning into his hook sword to perform an almighty diagonal energy slash strong enough to kill Lord Ynox with one hit.
- Ultimate Energy Stab: Lokoon's ultimate move where he channelled light blue energy into his sword and leapt high into the air in an attempt to strike Lord Ynox, although Ynox swatted him aside. Unlike his prior attacks, this final move was charged with Shinemental energy.
- Raidzord Tyrannosmog: Lokoon's personal Zord born from a Dark Spirit Crystal. It can transform into a steam locomotive-based Crystalzord, as well as a dinosaur-like form.
- Guitar: Lokoon wielded a twisted-looking guitar to transmit sound waves through Dreadnoise. Funnily enough, Lokoon strongly played it the wrong way, which resulted in a rampant of loud noises. These were fueled by his Calamental powers, making it enough of a noise that even Phantomask tried to avoid him.

After taking over Lord Ynox's body, Lokoon's armor was reconfigured into a lighter golden suit that is much more durable. Ynox's powers also enhances Lokoon's abilities.
Powers & Abilities
- Absolute Power: High Lord Lokoon was the second most powerful enemy to be fought by the Crystal Rangers, being stronger than both Dai and the Crystalized Phoenix Rangers and only being exceeded in power by Lord Ynox himself.
- Strength: In this form, Lokoon is now far stronger than he was before, being able to deflect and dissipate Crystal Megazord's Crystalized Strike with one move of his Chainblade and even block multiple hits from Great Phoenix. When fighting Dai, a single knee strike caused large explosions to erupt over his stomach.
- Gravity Control: Lokoon can control his opponent's gravity by gesturing his left hand at them and generating a visible field of warped air around them.
- Attraction: Lokoon can pull objects toward him as shown when he captured Crystalzord Auraddin.
- Portal Creation: Lokoon can open a dark portal to teleport himself from one place to another.
- Restoration: Lokoon was able to restore Auraddin back to his original form by engulfing him in blue energy.
- Energy Bubble: Lokoon was able to rescue Castor from his Megabeast by encasing him in a white energy bubble.
Arsenal
- Chainblade: In his Lord form, Lokoon wielded a new sword with a chainsaw-like blade for combat.
- Explosive Aura: Lokoon can release gold-purple auras from his chainsaw sword that was strong enough to create a massive crevice and cause buildings to explode.
- Energy Wave: Lokoon can fire a golden energy wave from his chainsaw sword. It was strong enough to knock Crystalzord Star and Dashark out of the sky and rip apart the Crystal Megazord.
- Energy Slashes: Lokoon can charge up his new sword with golden energy and release energy slashes of the same color from it that were strong enough to wound Great Phoenix.
- Whirlscrew Cyclone: Lokoon's self-devised signature attack where he engaged the Chainblade's chainsaw portion to generate a golden cyclone around him before executing a spinning slash attack. This was enough to separate and critically damage Great Phoenix.
- Wolf Legenbeast: Lokoon could draw his Chainblade around him to form a full moon and then throw a dark avatar of a wolf from it at his opponents. This was a counterpart to the Bird Legenbeast attack performed by Castor.

- Lokoon is a portmanteau of "Loki" and "moon".
- Loki in his name is a reference to the Norse God of Mischief, Loki.
- His original name of Claudius is a reference to King Claudius in Shakespeare's Hamlet.
