General Cockin is a villain in Power Rangers Legendary. He is a robot military general, and partner in crime of Professor N-Gin. He always ends a sentence with "SIR!", and claims to be a reject from the Machine Empire for being too serious. He and N-Gin approach Negasin requesting to join his army, and are accepted. General Cockin wields a rocket-styled spear in combat, which can charge up with purple energy to swing at full force, and fire missiles.
