Gareth Bly is the Orange Ranger and the mechanic of the Throttle Rangers. Gareth first appears along with Valon and Alice, however they got brainwashed by Spyborg to destroy the Power Rangers. He broke free from Spyborg's control by Trent and eventually joins the team and becomes Trent's teammate. Chris' father Dr. Martin gives Octane Morphers to him, Valon and Alice. He also speaks Australian accent.
