Frasier Crane is Crystal Yellow, the Yellow Ranger of the Crystal Rangers and is second-in-command to Crystal Red.

Using the Crystalize Morphbrace, Frasier can access his Ranger Form by pressing on the red button that symbolizes a Ranger Helmet and then spins the "tire" to transform into his Ranger Form allowing him to become Crystal Yellow. In this form he has access to individual weapons and Zords that he can use in battle against the Spiritraiders and their Raidsters.

Using the Great Phoenix Bow, Fraiser and/or his teammates can access this power Ranger Form by pressing on the red button that symbolizes a Crystalized Phoenix Form and then fires the arrow to transform into his Crystalized Phoenix Form allowing him to become Crystalized Phoenix Yellow. In this form he has access to the Great Phoenix Bow and a Zord that he can use in battle against the Spiritraiders and their Raidsters. However, this form can only last about 100 seconds (1 minute and 40 seconds) for the remainder of their time in battle.

Great Shot Burst: Crystalized Phoenix Yellow unleashes a fiery, sparkling phoenix construct beam from the Great Phoenix Bow, which pierces the target, destroying it.
