- ―Seiken Green's roll call
Fletcher Westbrook (フレッチャー・ウェストブルック Furetchā U~esutoburukku?) is the previous Seiken Green (セイケングリーン Seiken Gurīn?), the first Green Ranger of the Seikengers and the fifth Seikenger overall. Though he appears to be about 20 years-old, Fletcher is actually 421, being born in England in 1603, making him the youngest of the original Seikengers. Born in early 17th Century England, Fletcher was once an extremely wealthy landowner, chosen as the Champion of Demeter in 1623. In late 2017, Fletcher was turned into a Mania by Lyssa, alongside Isabella and Amélie, and was the second of the three to fall, the third Seikenger overall to become a Mania. However, his mania was later destroyed by Kouta Ishioka, his successor as Seiken Green, and Fletcher re-awakened.

Personality[]
The most lighthearted of the Seikengers, Fletcher was once a landowner in Reformation Era England. Though easily the weakest of the original Seikengers due to being the youngest, he has never expressed resentment towards any of them for being stronger than him. Formerly being a landowner, he understands how hierarchies work, and that even though he may be at the bottom, he'll still work as hard as he can to do his part. Originally a Protestant born the year James the VI and I was crowned King of England, Fletcher, like Isabella and Amelie, believes in modesty and being merciful, but unlike them, will not hesitate to make a joke about someone else. When Hyosuke first joined the team, Fletcher, no longer being at the bottom, was a bit disbelieving of his abilities, similar to how Hyosuke acted towards Reika at first. As with the other four main Seikenger identities, Fletcher shares many of his traits with Kouta. Both are generally very supportive of others, and usually help Seiken Red and Seiken Pink encourage their teammates to keep on fighting. Both are also quite generous with others, though Fletcher is better at moderating this than his successor.
As the Champion of Demeter, Fletcher believes in the important of agriculture, and also believes that good food can solve most problems. He gets along well with Hestia, and though he isn't on the best terms with Hera, he cares strongly for Seiken Pink. Despite being the youngest Seikenger, he is more of an older brother towards Amelie, while Xander and Julius act like older brothers towards him and Isabella acts like a big sister, though she didn't like him very much at the beginning partially due to the Reformation Era. While generally able to get along and work with anyone, Fletcher is only willing to work with people who will work with him first, and as such as not able to work well with Isabella at first. However, like with Xander and Julius, after a few decades, they began to get along, more so after the Reformation period ended. Fletcher is also distracted quite easily, which is how he was turned into a Mania, as he got distracted after Amelie was turned into a Mania and forgot he was in the middle of a battle, and he has a habit of rambling and getting off topic in the middle of a conversation. Like Kouta, when upset, Fletcher has a habit of making any plants around him shrivel and die, which often causes anyone around them to feel sad as well, as Seiken Green and Seiken Pink are the hearts of the team.
After his Mania was destroyed by Kouta, a battle orchestrated by Reika and Hyosuke to boost Kouta's confidence, Fletcher, upon waking up and realizing what was going on, began to mentor Kouta as he did before falling for the first time. Now mentoring his predecessor, Fletcher taught Kouta to have better faith in his abilities, teaching him that just because someone was better than him at something, it didn't mean he was bad at it. He also taught Kouta to stand up for himself more, and taught the other Seikengers how important it was that they knew how to use the powers they got from Hermes and their Godly patrons. Though not as experienced as his older teammates, Fletcher was often able to tell the new Seikengers things about the remaining Mania Rangers that helped them in their battles, something Amelie, Isabella, and Julius did as well when they were eventually awoken. In the end, Fletcher was ready to sacrifice his own life to aid the new Seikengers, draining Tartarus's powers alongside his team and allowing Reika and Haruto to make it through Tartarus somewhat unharmed. With Gaia gone and the duties of the Olympian Royal Guard decreasing, Fletcher and the other four original Seikengers left Japan to travel the world and see whatever they had missed while on duty/incapacitated, promising their predecessors they'd return soon.
