Ptera Thunder Saber
The Ptera Thunder Saber is the Gold Cybersaur Ranger's personal sword weapon. Even though it is used as a sword, the Ptera Thunder Saber has the capacity to be used as a rifle of sorts for a "thunder bullet" attack, though the Gold Cybersaur Ranger has used it in that fashion exceedingly rarely.
The Gold Cybersaur Ranger is able to load multiple Cybersaur Cells (up to three) by pulling the back of the blade open. Once inserted, he closes it, then pumps the grip on the handle to activate the Ptera Thunder Saber's abilities.
- If he loads one Cybersaur Cell in the Ptera Thunder Saber & pumps the grip, it will allow the Gold Cybersaur Ranger to execute either an attack where he slashes with an electrified blade, or an unnamed technique where he fires a weak stream of lightning.
- If he loads two Cybersaur Cells in the Ptera Thunder Saber & pumps the grip, it will allow the Gold Cybersaur Ranger to execute an attack that either fires a destructive pulse of electricity or a variant of the one-Cybersaur Cell attack.
- If he loads a AmmoCell & an AlloCell into the Ptera Thunder Saber & pumps the grip, it will allow the Gold Cybersaur Ranger to fire a weak spiraling column of flame towards the target.
- Once three Cybersaur Cells are loaded into the Ptera Thunder Saber & the grip is pumped, it allows the Gold Cybersaur Ranger to unleash his finisher. During this, the sword will spring forth lightning to protect the Gold Cybersaur Ranger from harm should a monster try to harm him, & an energy slash roars to the target at breakneck speeds. This can exist in the form of either a energized slash or a homing sword beam.
- After loading three Cybersaur Cells into the Ptera Thunder Saber & pumped the grip, the Gold Cybersaur Ranger flew through a cloud of his four comrades' energy from their finishers, giving him the energy to unleash a variant of the three Cybersaur Cell-powered attack, which consists of him slashing the target 5 times.
- If he loads a PteraCell, StegoCell, & VelociCell into the Ptera Thunder Saber & pumps the Grip, it allows the Gold Cybersaur Ranger to unleash an attack which combines the three Cybersaur Cell-powered attack with hitting the enemy with energy manifestations of the Cyber StegoZord & Cyber VelociZord's heads beforehand.
By combining it with the Ptera Gauntlet Morpher, it will activate a special linkage technique, paralyzing the target as so it cannot get away.
Ptera Thunder Saber (Gold version)
The Gold Cybersaur Ranger is also able to summon a golden alternate version of the Ptera Thunder Saber by using the Spirit Ranger Gold PteraCell in his Ptera Gauntlet Morpher. Unlike the regular Ptera Thunder Saber, this version is only usable while in Battle Arms Mode. With it, the Gold Cybersaur Ranger can execute a variant of the three Cybersaur Cell-powered attack.
