Black Cosmos Ranger
When Brian Penner was on a hiking trip with his three friends, he never expected that he would stumble upon four lost Celestial Guardian Beasts. The Celestial Bear chose Brian for having the "Will of iron", and made him the Black Cosmos Ranger. As a Ranger, Brian embodies the planetary power of Pluto, and controls the elemental power of Metal and the willful spirit of the Bear.
