Power Rangers Millennium Force (Toonwriter's version)

Power Rangers Millennium Force is based on and an adaption of Ressha Sentai ToQger, Kyusei Sentai Wakusaver and Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger in Toonwriter's Power Rangers series. It is also a continuation of Beetleborgs Metallix, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and Dracula: The Series. However, the Rangers and their suits in the series are all based on AkaRed. The main Rangers are older versions of certain kids who are friends with the Power Rangers. The series also has elements of Beetleborgs, B-Fighter Kabuto, Tokusou Robo Janperson, Tokusou Exceedraft, B-Robo Kabutack, Tetsuwan Tantei Robotack, Blue SWAT, Real Steel, Massive Monster Mayhem, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and Dracula: The Series.

  • Ethan Wood: Famous comic book artist and the creator of the Big Bad Beetleborgs Retronix comics, to the surprise of Art Fortunes, who never expected this. Watching the Big Bad Beetleborgs and Beetleborgs Metallix series alongside his friend Hooper inspired Ethan to design the Retronix Beetleborgs to be just as strong as the Metallix Beetleborgs without losing their powers and armors to a powerful Crustacean like Nukus. One day, three fans of his Beetleborgs fancomic series- Reese Jones, Emilie Watson and Greg Vale- met him in person and they all became best friends. It was then they met and later befriended a friendly genie named Bahzar who made their wishes come true. Soon, Ethan designed the Beetlebots, who Bahzar brought to life with his magic powers. Of course, Ethan's nemesis, Nick Penders, stole four of the Beetlebot designs and brought them to life while making them evil. He is portrayed by Amos Crawley.

    • Grim Noir: The son of the Grim Reaper and the older cousin of Little Ghoul. He can keep her under control, and he has a scary voice when he's angry. When he made his debut appearance, he was originally going to take the souls of the Power Rangers, until he saw comic books, which he loves a lot. He admitted to the Rangers and the Beetleborgs that he loves comic books and video games, and he couldn't bear to take the lives of innocent people who play video games and read comic books. Especially if they're hardcore fans of them. So he spared them on the condition of letting him enjoy the games and comics also. Then he agreed to their suggestion on staying in Applegate Mansion.
    • Joshua Cage: The long-lost brother of Johnny, Jimmy and Jeffrey Cage, and a Captain Falcon. He is the new husband of Gwen Piper, and the new, loving father of the Piper children, idolized by Dylan. In one particular battle, when he was fatally injured by Werewolverine, he was saved and literally immortalized thanks to Cabal who bit him in the neck, making Joshua become a Nightbreed. He became even stronger than ever, now using his Nightbreed form as his Animality. All of this made Dylan admire Joshua even more.

  • Emperor Z: Lord Zedd's older brother. Emperor Z fell in love with Rita's twin sister, Mistress Vile, and the two married. Emperor Z and Mistress Vile became partners with Master Mayhem after seeing great potential in him and all his Monster Superstars. As a result, he empowers the monsters greatly to match the strength of all kaiju while giving them unique abilities.
  • Mistress Vile: Rita Repulsa's twin sister, empowered by Dark Specter himself. She and Emperor Z fell in love with each other and became a very dangerous couple.
  • Morlus: The warrior son of Emperor Z and Mistress Vile.

  • Dr. Philip K. Decker/Curtis: A psychotherapist who doubles as a masked serial killer.
  • Father Ashbury: A drunken priest who allies with Decker, now transformed thanks to being splashed by Baphomet's blood.
  • Master Mayhem (performed by Thomas Lorber, voiced by Daniel Davies): An evil intergalactic overlord who comes up with various plans to destroy Earth and abides by the rules of the Intergalactic Battle Alliance. Master Mayhem lives in a space condo on an unidentified planet. He, Emperor Z and Mistress Vile became partners after first meeting each other.
  • Monster Superstars
    • RoBro (performed by Aiden Coleman, voiced by Artur Spigel): A fitness-themed Buff Bot from the planet Dumbell who was the result of every super buff robot on the planet melting together into one large Buff Bot following an intense training program. He also has plans to whip any planet he visits into shape. RoBro's Mayhem Level is 8.
    • Dome Diddy Dome (performed by Ben Van Hues, voiced by Artur Spigel): The robotic Vessel of Vengeance from the planet Randome. He was forged in the fiery furnace of a dying sun. Any object placed in Dome Diddy Dome's dome comes to life and controls his body. His Mayhem Level is randomized depending on the object in his dome. Thanks to Emperor Z, Dome Diddy Dome's Mayhem Level is 10 using the Ghost of Darkness himself (his skull).
    • Teensy the Tri-Terror-Tops (performed by Kai Ferris, voiced by Jon Davis): A Tri-Terror-Tops from the planet Dinorrhea in the Cretaceous Galaxy. Outside of being the ruler of Dinorrhea, he is also the lovable host of everyone's favorite children's television series "Teensy Time." Teensy's Mayhem Level is 9.
    • Macho Cheese (performed by Thomas Lorber and Ben Van Hues, voiced by Artur Spigel): A lucha libre-themed cheese Appeterrorizer with a large heavy head from the Moons of Planet Moo Moo who had fermented for millions of years at the center of the Milky Way. When Macho Cheese isn't doing any melting to planets, he chases his dream of being a stand-up comic even though he tells bad jokes. His Mayhem Level is 7.
    • Major Disappointment (performed by Aiden Coleman, voiced by Graham Conway): An entitled super celebrity from the planet Cellphie. As the son of the most greatest and feared Monster Superstars of all time where he inherited the strength of his father and the sparkling eyes of his mother, he has not lived up to his potential of conquering the universe where he would often text on his mobile phone and order pizza. His Mayhem Level is 6.
    • Me-Ouch! (performed by Anna Spaershteyn, voiced by Catarina Ciccone): A Laser-Toothed Ti-grrrl from the planet Furball who enjoys destroying planets and ruining people's furniture. Me-Ouch! is a quadruple threat which means she is extremely threatening. Her Mayhem Level is 9.
    • Eye Eye Eye (performed by Margaryta Soldotova): A three-eyed idol-like warrior queen from the planet Ohno where she is its fierce fearless defender. One eye sees into the past, one eye sees into the future, and the other eye focuses on kicking her opponent's butts. Eye Eye Eye has the strength to literally move mountains and crush planets like glass ceilings. In addition, Eye Eye Eye has an ancient oath to beat up anyone who annoys her. Her Mayhem Level is 9.
  • Lord Drakkon: An evil Ranger who used to work with Rita Repulsa (in the Boom! Studios MMPR comics). He pilots the Black Dragon.
  • Lady Merla: Also known as the Ranger Slayer, an evil clone of the alternate universe Kimberly Hart, made with Cadmus technology copied and developed by Superiac and Finster-5. Merla is an evil Ranger who serves Lord Drakkon. It wasn't long before she became his lover, bride and queen. She is best friends with Lady Pterazon. Ever since she married Drakkon, Merla became the ruler of France. Due to the good Ranger Slayer taking the Gravezord, Lady Merla was given a Kaiju-Jaeger Hybrid to pilot as her own Gravezord known as the Dark Gravezord.
  • Lord Tricer: The evil clone of Billy Cranston resurrected before becoming best friends with Lord Drakkon and Lady Merla. He became a billionaire with his inventions in Drakkon's world, rebuilding Angel Grove to Drago City, where all citizens would have to live and prosper, only to serve Lord Drakkon (Kinda like Aku in Samurai Jack). When the Billy clone agreed to pledge loyalty to Drakkon and his forces, he was willing to give him his Power Coin, but Drakkon told him to keep it, for he decided to enhance his powers, if he agreed to join him and that they could rule together. The evil Billy clone willingly agreed, and as a result, he became as powerful as Lord Drakkon. Enjoying these new powers, the evil clone decided to give himself a new name; Tricer, to Drakkon's approval. Tricer also invented his own lackey; an evil, blue version of Alpha-5 known as Beta-5. Tricer even perfected the Kaiju-Jaeger hybrids after the Precursors were wiped out easily by the Ranger Sentries. He pilots the Rhinoceratops.
  • Lord Rexxor: Jason Lee Scott from another universe, where he killed an alternate Lord Drakkon. After that, he, Trini and Zack ruled the world and thought of bringing order to it in a necessary way with the other Rangers, Zordon and Alpha opposing it. As it happened, Jason, Zack and Trini harnessed the power of Lord Drakkon's dark energy, which merged with them, and they respectfully named themselves Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora. Together, with their new power, they killed Billy and Kimberly and destroyed the Command Center and Alpha while sending Zordon to his doom. It seemed that no one could stop them in that dimension, until they went face-to-face with the Power Rangers Hyper Force. It was a rough battle, but the three evil Rangers were beaten just as the dimension was facing erasure. Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora thought they were goners, but they woke up and found themselves in another dimension, one that is the home of the real Lord Drakkon. They were outraged and angered on seeing him at first, but they learned that he was different from the Drakkon they fought, for he not only had Lady Merla and Tricer at his side, but also he sees Rexxor and his companions as friends, and thinking that their powers and skills would be very useful for his team. So in a moment of deja vu, Drakkon convinced Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora to join him, Merla and Tricer as conquerors of the world. The evil Red, Black and Yellow Rangers weren't sure, considering how their Drakkon killed their friend. But Drakkon insisted that they need them, and that they could give them each a kingdom to rule over with powers beyond their wildest dreams. After asking the three newcomers to join, it wasn't until a moment later that Rexxor, Mastados and Tigora accepted his offer, and the six evil Rangers became best friends just the same as their goody-good prime counterparts are. And so, in Lord Drakkon's world, Rexxor is the ruler of Egypt. He pilots the Tyrannotitan.
  • Princess Tigora: Trini Kwan from another universe, where Jason killed an alternate Lord Drakkon. After that, he, Trini and Zack ruled the world and thought of bringing order to it in a necessary way with the other Rangers, Zordon and Alpha opposing it. As it happened, Jason, Zack and Trini harnessed the power of Lord Drakkon's dark energy, which merged with them, and they respectfully named themselves Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora. Together, with their new power, they killed Billy and Kimberly and destroyed the Command Center and Alpha while sending Zordon to his doom. It seemed that no one could stop them in that dimension, until they went face-to-face with the Power Rangers Hyper Force. As it happened, Jason, Zack and Trini harnessed the power of Lord Drakkon's dark energy, which merged with them, and they respectfully named themselves Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora. Together, with their new power, they killed Billy and Kimberly and destroyed the Command Center and Alpha while sending Zordon to his doom.   • Prince Mekroz: Matthew Cook from an alternate universe. He, his commander Grace Sterling, and the soldiers of Promethea all are loyal to Lord Zedd and the evil alliance from their universe, which means they're completely against Zordon. They killed that universe's Zordon, along with its Thanos and ruled everything. But that was before a powerful Ranger-like being known as Cyberstriker killed the entire alliance, except for Matt, Grace and the soldiers of Promethea. They were all rescued by Zordonicus, because he sees great potential in them for his Regime. In fact, Matt would be perfect for the Regime Power Rangers, and they all pledged their loyalties to him. As a result, Zordonicus changed the alternate universe Matthew's name to Mekroz, and he willingly accepted it along with the new Green Ranger powers. Since then, he became best friends with Lord Drakkon, Lady Merla, Lord Tricer, Lord Rexxor, Princess Tigora and Duke Mastados. He's the new and true driver of the GRX. He pilots the Dark Dragonzord.
  • Zordonicus: An evil sage who appeared before Lord Drakkon, to his shock. He did so because he saw potential in him as a conqueror for conquest. He promised him powers beyond his wildest imagination, if he agreed to pledge his allegiance to him and a Regime he is forming. Drakkon willingly agreed, and as a result, not only were all of his Ranger Sentries back, he was given more Ranger Sentries. Plus, he was given a new lover; an evil clone of Kimberly named Merla and a resurrected evil clone of Billy, who he decided to name Tricer. Plus, using his powers, Zordonicus rescued Lord Rexxor, Duke Mastados and Princess Tigora from their dying world. Delta-6 and Beta-5 also pledged loyalty to Zordonicus, willing to serve him like they do Tricer and the other evil Ranger conquerors. Zordonicus and his entire Regime soon joined Zarnak and Bandora's alliance and united their armies together. Human form portrayed by Marwan Kenzari.
  • Lady Pterazon: A Cadmus clone of Katherine Hillard, formerly a Pterodactyl Sentry. When Zedd and Rita first met Lady Pterazon, they were delighted to have her on their side in place of her traitorous, goody-goody counterpart. Her trademark Zord is the Killerdactyl.
  • Coltex: Also known as Hunter RX, an evil, alternate universe counterpart of Carlos who is a bounty hunter, and the former friend and ally of the Andros from where he came from. Coltex met Evil Andros, and the two became best friends like their counterparts are while willingly teaming up with Lord Drakkon.
  • Zugon: Also known as the Dark Magna Defender, an evil doppelganger of the Magna Defender who pledged his loyalty to Lord Drakkon. He joined Zordonicus's Regime as a nod to when Mike was under Drakkon's control in Battle for the Grid.
  • Zonas: An evil doppelganger of Ollie, created and recruited by Zordonicus to become the new, true Dino Fury Evil Blue Ranger. He joined the Regime as a nod to when Ollie was corrupted in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury.

He and Finster-5 get along very well as partners, he tries to befriend Bloody Rachel but is tricked into reprogrammed by Dr. Cranken by making him take the form of a huge destructive giant robot against the Super Millennium Rangers. Voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz.
  • Delta-6: Lord Tricer's devoted servant and lackey, and Beta-6's older brother, willing to serve him, Lord Drakkon and Lord Rexxor. Delta is a warrior robot, willing to fight alongside his fellow evil warriors; Dark Goldar, Silverback and Primatox.
  • Beta-7: A killer robot who is another one of Lord Tricer's devoted servants and lackeys, willing to serve him and his friends. Like Delta, Beta-7 is a warrior robot.
  • Nora: The adopted daughter of Lord Drakkon and Lady Merla after she killed and ate her abusive parents. She is loyal to Zordonicus's Regime through and through, especially to her new family.
  • Aerax: Lord Drakkon's new cyborg general. He wields a baton, and laser equipment that shoots mysterious light rays from the arms to attack.

  • Dark Regime: It is an empire of mysterious origin that suggested after the last victory of the Millennium Force Rangers over the forces of Lord Drakkon. The Dark Regime seeks to take over the world as part of the kingdom of the Great King Horn, and they will be an even greater challenge for the Millennium Rangers, forcing them to go to a new level to face them.
    • King Horn: Supreme ruler over the Dark Regime and the new, greatest enemy of the Millennium Rangers, who wants to steal their powers to take over the world.
    • Divatox: In principle, it was good and they were helping the Rangers in Gratha, until King Horn confronted her and used his power to restore her to her old self. Divatox was provided with a new one, she still shows to have disputes with Horn and Drakkon about who should take the land, apart from the fact that in the end, she ends up having a rivalry with Horn over who would end the Rangers.
    • Captain Carnigon/Grand Kuwaga: He is a warrior comes from the kingdom of Outworld, which was sent by Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung and Quan Chi at first to find the Tree of Darkness (it is Aku from Samurai Jack) with the intention of awakening him and conquering all those gathered. Even so, his search was interrupted by the Super Millennium Rangers and the Crimson Rider who impede him, forcing him to join King Horn in the face of not seeing Lord Drakkon trustworthy, Horn gave him more power to transform into Grand Kuwaga against his enemies, but not knowing that King Horn is starting to use it to have the demon Aku for his own benefit.

    • Jet Black/Super Dark Millennium Ranger: He is a supervillain from the comic book being one of the enemies of Karato and Silver Ray, which King Horn used his magic to bring him alive so that he was in the Dark Regime instead of being brought by the Magnavores and Crustaceans. Jet Black served loyalty to King Horn to the point of stealing the power Curtis Taylor of the Black Millennium Ranger for his new master. As a result of that, King Horn was pleased and had him become the Super Dark Millennium Ranger, being more powerful than the Black Millennium Ranger and his new right-hand man. Based on Himuro from Tokusou Robo Janperson.
    • Charles the Third: He is a supervillain from the comic book, being one of the enemies of Karato and Silver Ray. He is a criminal cyborg brought to life by the magic of King Horn, although Charles shows to impress Horn this for pure fun transforms him into a Man-Bat leaving aside his robot part, being one of his generals in the Dark Regime and usually associating with Hulk Davidson and Gran Bruce against the Millennium Rangers. Based on Ben Fujinami from Tokusou Robo Janperson.
    • Alastor/Super Devil Millennium Ranger: He is a supervillain from the comic book, being one of the enemies of Karato and Silver Ray. Horn gave him the mission to find a source of power similar to that of the Millennium Rangers, since Horn feared that it could be the emergence of a possible Purple Millennium Ranger, Alastor takes the task before the rangers and Lord Drakkon knew with success King Horn corrupted that power transformed Alastor into the Super Devil Millennium Ranger. Based on George Makabe from Tokusou Robo Janperson.
      • BattleDark Megazord: It is a dark version of the Battlefire Megazord replicated by King Horn's magic and piloted by Alastor.
