Synopsis[]
A series of unexplained fires have been burning down the town, and the people seem to be in trouble. Ulric, who has become a "detective", deduces the cause...!? Eventually, the culprit of the fires is discovered, and Kairo changes into his new form, "Fire Marshall", and takes a stand against him.
