Fakov was a Blitz Squadron officer who gained the ability to become the Red Blitz Ranger, the Red Ranger & the leader of the Blitz Rangers.
His Blitz powers were later used by the Super Mega Rangers as part of the New Powers that Gosei gave the new team.

A courageous & responsible leader, he often let his emotions get the best of him, getting emotionally involved in cases & when his mind was set on something, he wouldn't let anyone get in his way (even if it was his own teammates). Initially stubborn, wanting to act mostly on his own, needing to realize that there would be times when he would have to depend on his teammates & fellow officers.

Red Blitz Ranger Key
The Red Blitz Ranger Key is the Red Blitz Ranger's personal Ranger Key. Despite the unknown fate of the Blitz Rangers, Gosei seems to possess their powers via the Legendary Ranger Keys. This key is mainly used by Troy Burrows (Super Megaforce Red) who uses it to fight as the Red Blitz Ranger.

Legendary Blitz Trainzord
The Legend Trainzords are Trainzords based on the zords, specifically those belonging to the Red Rangers, of the Train Quantum Guardians' preceding Power Ranger teams. They can form a unique combination of the Train Quantum Guardian Megazord reminiscent of past Megazords by switching with the Red Trainzord.
The Legendary Blitz Trainzord appears as a toyline-exclusive Legendary Trainzord.

The Legendary Blitz Gear is one of many New Power Gears used by the Mecha Force Rangers to battle the Mechanicor Army. In particular, when used by a Mecha Force Ranger’s Morpher, the Legendary Blitz Gear allows the user to perform the Black Blitz Ranger's finishing technique.
