White Legendary Ranger
- "Legendary Power!"
- ―Transformation announcement
As with all of the Legendary Rangers, the White Legendary Ranger exceeds in gunmanship, though due to lacking a personal weapon, he also specializes in freestyle and physical hand-to-hand combat. His sole access to the Legendary Ranger Gears adds to his and the Legendary Rangers' abilities. The White Legendary Ranger would later gain the Legacy Blaster, allowing him to summon past Power Rangers for the situation at hand.

White Legendary Ranger Dragon Mode
- "Dragon Power!"
- ―Transformation announcement
The White Legendary Ranger can use the Quantum Dragon Gear to transform into his Dragon Mode.
In this form the White Legendary Ranger gains bulky armor reminiscent of the Dragonzord, increasing his strength and durability, along with being granted the drill-like Dragon Lance to fight. Despite the increased body mass, the armor does not hinder the White Legendary Ranger's mobility in any form, and he remains as agile as he did without it. Much like the Mechazord Legendary Rangers, the White Legendary Ranger Dragon Mode can grow to a giant size as the Giant Dragon Ranger, though in his case his height matches both the Legend Megazord and the Golden Legend Megazord. As the Giant Dragon Ranger, Zeke can combine into the Z-Rex Megazord with Orion as the Quantum Microbot Zord.
Powers and Abilities[]
Attacks[]
- Legendary Dragon Final Blast: The White Legendary Ranger Dragon Mode charges the Gear Gattler Morpher with green energy from the Quantum Dragon Gear before pulling the trigger and firing at a falling Dragon Lance, charging it into a high-speed missile that bores through the enemy before their bodies explode.
- Dragon Lance Kick: The White Legendary Ranger Dragon Mode tosses the Dragon Lance skywards before jumping up after it. Once pointed in the right direction, the White Legendary Ranger Dragon Mode then performs a flying drop kick into the weapon’s handle, propelling him and the Dragon Lance through the enemy.

- "Super Legendary Power!"
- ―Transformation announcement
The Super White Legendary Ranger is Zeke's power-up form, using the power of the Special Gear.

Notes[]
- Zeke's name is inspired by Zenkaiger, the Super Sentai series that Power Rangers Legendary is based on.
- By extension, Zekai's name is inspired by the Japanese word "Zenkai".
- While Zeke is not the first Ranger team leader to be a White Ranger instead of a Red Ranger (he is preceded by Tommy Oliver and Delphine), he is the first non-Red main protagonist.
