The Rise of a New Don Part 2 is the thirty-second episode of Power Rangers Japan Warriors. It is part 2 of a 2-part episode revolving around the return of Don as DonTaro, and the introduction of the Golden Phoenix Warrior Zord. It features the debut of the Golden Phoenix Warrior Zord, and the Red Ranger's Grand Samurai Warrior mode.
