Emperor Dragonic is leader of the Dominion and the commander of the Saviour Fury Rangers. He becomes the tenth member of the team as Saviour Fury Purple, later evolving into Saviour Fury Master, after being chosen by the Morphin Grid.

As Saviour Fury Purple
Saviour Fury Purple is Dragonic's initial Ranger form. This form predates all the modern-day Saviour Fury Rangers, having been used by Dragonic during his days as a soldier in the Dominion. The system for this form was invented as a way to allow those who had not been chosen by the Astral Orb to fight. As the system Dragonic had invented used Ski Astral Orbs instead of the Astral Orb, this transformation had a time limit. After the time limit expired, Dragonic was left weakened and vulnerable.

As Saviour Fury Master
Saviour Fury Master is Dragonic's newer, evolved Ranger form. When the power of the nine Morphing Astro Globes resonated with his desire to fight together with the Interstellar Rangers, Dragonic's Draco Orb evolved from a Skill Astral Orb to a real Astral Orb. This allowed his transformation to evolve into a newer, stronger form, removing the time limit it originally had, and manifested the Galactic Dragon Saviourzord to fight alongside him.

- Astral Megablast: An upgraded version of this finisher with the first 11 Interstellar Rangers.

- Universe Ultimate Crash: He performs a supercharged energy attack with the Dragonic Staff (in Rifle Mode), alongside his fellow Interstellar Rangers.
