Ellen "Ellie" Richardson is a fictional character from Power Rangers Galactic Force.

Ellie Richardson was the shallow and nosy reporter for the school news station. A popular girl at the San Angeles High, she is seemingly very rich. She was always trying to get to the bottom of the latest stories and some crazy scheme to become famous.
Ellie later embarked on a quest to find the identity of the White Ranger, so she can get a real news job. She was often mean to her fraternal twin brother, Robbie but the two often do things together.
During this search, Ellie and Robbie came into contact with a meteor that frees the inner parts of a person's personality they don't usually express. In Ellie's case, she became nerdy and a kissup towards the now cool and suave Robbie and the two almost kissed, but they were later returned to normal a second before they did.
Later a pepper-themed copying monster made four clones of Ellie, each acting as a separate person. This only lasted for a while, yet still confused Robbie.
Ellie wasn't happy when Robbie developed a crush on Jocelyn Phillips, because she was good friends with Kayla Thomas, Ellie's rival, Robbie went on a blind date with Jocelyn, due to a online dating service. The two tried to become a couple. Kayla and Ellie a job at the news station she interned at. Ellie finally got the news job she had always wanted. Robbie decided to just be friends with Jocelyn since the two didn't really have anything in common.
Ellie continued to try and get all the news scoops she could possibly get. She was lost without Robbie.
In the end Ellie finally learned the Rangers' identities and Kayla was worried that Ellie would tell the world. She gave all evidence to the Rangers so she wouldn't hurt her friends. Ellie and Robbie attended Anna Thomas' summer pool party.
Ellie Richardson was played by Alexis Stier.

- Fraternal twins Ellie and Robbie are quite similar to Identical twins Brittany and Brianna, as their antics are often used as comic relief throughout the season. Another similarity is their determination to find out the Rangers' identities for the purpose of fame, a guiding motivation for Brittany and Brianna during Thunderstorm season 2.
- Ellie is portrayed by the same actress who portrayed Kara in C-Squad Power Rangers SPD, Alexis Stier. Ironically, they both pass by each other at some point both saying "Wow. Look at her. She looks like me but I'm so much more prettier." Also Alexis and her two characters were born a twin.
- According to her words in "House of Cards", Ellie and Robbie have a little brother who was six at that time.
- Alexis Stier portrayed both Kara and Ellie in Power Rangers Galactic Force team-up.With her real-life twin, Megan Stier and with her TV twin brother.
