Elemental Emperor was the hidden true main Villain and one of the main Villains in Power Rangers Treasure Hunt along with the generals Stormar, Flamestar, Devil Merman, and Quakelord. He is the leader and founder of the Elemental Alliance.

The Elemental Emperor is sociopathic, charismatic, intelligent, sneaky, ambitious, manipulative, abusive, cunning, observant, slick, enigmatic, pragmatic, chivalrous, subtle, power-hungry, cruel, arrogant, sadistic, selfish, treacherous, dishonest, pompous, murderous, determined, calculating, malevolent, envious, ruthless, greedy, callous, cold, entitled, hypocritical, two-faced, overconfident, opportunistic, deceptive, scheming, apathetic, sinister, and conniving god who planned to take the jewels in the beginning. In the end of the series, he was reborn and joined the element tribe leaders Stormar, Flamestar, Devil Merman, and Quaklord in the final battle against the Power Rangers.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Super Strength: Elemental Emperor is far more powerful than Stormar, Flamestar, Devil Merman, and Quaklord after he used their powers.
- Durability: Elemental Emperor took multiple energy slashes and punches from the Rangers and was able to survive. However he is able to use the scepter whenever he can.
- Agility Rush: Elemental Emperor will charge at Rangers and swing his scepter at them.
- Teleportation: Elemental Emperor will teleport to any location at will and surprise one of the Rangers.
- Energy Blasts: Elemental Emperor will three rainbow laser beams at the Rangers one by one, which can be avoided if the Rangers kept moving or dodging.
- Elemental Powers: The following elements that being used to allow Elemental Emperor channel each element that came into different abilities: Aerokinetics, Pyrokinetics, Aquakinetics, and Geokinetic.
- Air Powers: Elemental Emperor will use the power of Air Mimicry, Storm Manipulation.
- Typhoon: Elemental Emperor will unleash the powerful hurricane to blow Rangers.
- Air Manipulation: Due to his affinity for air that he activated, Elemental Emperor will can control the element of air for effects including projecting gusts of wind as an offensive weapon, and hover in the air as if on solid ground.
- Lightning Strike: Elemental Emperor will use his scepter to summon the black clouds and lend the lightning target on Rangers.
- Fire Powers: Elemental Emperor will use the power of Fire Mimicry, Geo-Thermo Abilities.
- Fireballs: The Elemental Emperor will shoot seven sets of fireballs, which can be avoided by walking back and forth as the angel turns to shoot more fireballs.
- Flame Wave: The Elemental Emperor will shoot a wave of fire roughly shaped like an arrow at Power Rangers. Easy to avoid.
- Lava Column: The Elemental Emperor will shoot a column of lava at the Power Rangers causing them to dodge his attacks.
- Water Powers: Elemental Emperor will use the power of Water Mimicry, Ice Mimicry.
- Tsunami: Elemental Emperor will summon the tsunami to splash towards the Rangers to make them wet and vulnerable.
- Water Lance: Elemental Emperor will summon the lance-like water and swing around does damage to Rangers.
- Ice Spikes: Elemental Emperor will spread some ice spikes directly at Rangers.
- Earth Powers: Elemental Emperor will use the power of Earth Mimicry, Boulder.
- Rock Steel: Elemental Emperor will activate his earth element power to enhance himself into tough as steel.
- Earthquake: Elemental Emperor will stomp the ground with his right foot and cause the earthquake to tremor with shockwave.
- Meteor Boulder: Elemental Emperor will piledriver the boulder and shockwave through the Rangers.
- Air Powers: Elemental Emperor will use the power of Air Mimicry, Storm Manipulation.

- Elemental Scepter: Elemental Emperor will use his scepter to simply change the elements or use as a weapon to slash towards the Rangers.
- Slash Attack: Elemental Emperor will run in high speeds and swing his scepter at the enemy with full force, easily powerful enough to take the Red Ranger out of his Ranger Form in just one slash.
- Ground Impact: He could also use his scepter to make an impact on the ground.
