This is about the Electric Belt from Power Rangers Ancient Warriors.

The Electric Belt holds the Power Cell Morphers while the rangers are in their Ranger Form. It also acts as a communication device between the rangers. There are three variations of the Electric Belt, each one used by different sets of Ancient Warrior Rangers.
