The Easter Bunny, also know as the Conductor, is a mystery rabbit man that has incredible imagination powers and the mentor of the Rail Riders Rangers. He later becomes Rail Rider 7 Purple, the Purple Ranger of the Rail Riders Rangers.

The Easter Bunny is portrayed by Dale Dobson in his human form and is voiced by him in his rabbit form. As Rail Rider 7 Purple, his suit actor is Riichi Seike (ęø 家 å©äø Seike Riichi?).

- Unlike his counterpart, the Conductor does not have a ventriloquist puppet.
- He's also not the Rainbow Line President, who is a completely different character.
- Like fellow non-human Ranger Anubis Cruger (from S.P.D.), a different suit is used for Easter Bunny in Power Rangers than his Sentai counterpart.
- The Easter Bunny morphs into Rail Rider 7 Purple in the teaser trailer for Full Steam Ahead.[1] In the full episode, however, his morphing sequence was cut short when Emperor of Darkness Erebus attacked him during his morphing call.[2]
