The Dragon Staff is a staff-like morphing device wielded by Commander Long which doubles as a rifle. It is also capable of utilizing Star Orbs.
Modes
History
During a period of time when the Rebellion were still in the process of looking for the Star Force Rangers chosen by the Star Orbs, Commander Long devised a method to utilise the auxiliary Star Orbs for morphing purposes as well, hence the creation of the Dragon Staff. However, due to the incomplete state of the Dragon Orb, his morphing sequence had a time limit, which would be a major hindrance in his battles.
Morphing Sequence

To morph, Star Force Violet inserts a Star Orb into the mouth of the dragon head, making the Staff announce the name of the Star Orb's constellation. He then closes the dragon's mouth, pulls the trigger of the staff, & slams the tip into the ground to morph.
Special Attack
To attack, Star Force Violet converts the Dragon Staff to Rifle Mode, then holds the trigger until he closes the dragon head on the Star Orb. He then pulls the trigger to initiate the attack.
Summoning
After morphing, to summon the Star Zords, Star Force Violet opens & closes the dragon head, then pulls the trigger. Afterwards, he is wrapped around a giant Star Orb that becomes his cockpit.
Combination
To combine his & two other Star Zords into the Draco Rex Megazord, Star Force Violet opens & closes the dragon head once again to initiate the docking sequence.
Finishing Strike
To activate a finishing strike, Star Force Violet converts the Dragon Staff to Rifle Mode, then closes the dragon head on the Star Orb. He then pulls the trigger to initiate the attack.
