Drago Longpo is a dragon-like alien from the planet Onus, and is the commander of the Astro Force Rangers, and the one in charge of his mission of rescuing innocent people, human or alien, from the control of the Dark Matter Army. He later becomes the Purple Astro Force Ranger, joining the other Rangers and acting as their mentor.

- Super Speed: As the Purple Astro Force Ranger he has show to move at a speed fast enough to catch them by surprise.
- Quick Reflexes: As seen in his first battle as the Purple Astro Force Ranger he has show to be quick in dodging blasts shot by Krackening and Regenerite.
- Weapon Skills: As seen in his first battle as the Purple Astro Force Ranger he has been able to use the Draco Morpher as both a melee and firing weapon with no problems of any kind and has also been show to use it to do back shots or create an shield without any training or assistance of any kind.
- Martial Arts Prowess: In his fight with Disking he has shown to be capable of martial arts (presumably Southern Dragon Kung Fu) to the point he is capable of forming a small energy ball between his hands for a melee attack.
