Dr. Preston was the Purple Dino Charge Ranger of the Dino Charge Rangers
Biography[]
Dr. Preston is a genius scientist of the modern age who predates the main five Dino Charge Rangers, having a bad habit of getting carried away which causes occasional back trouble due to his age. Having defeated the Purple PlesioZord to forge a pact and become Purple Dino Charge Ranger,Dr. Preston invented and mass produced the main Dino Charge Rangers' weapons with his voice programed into them. Dr. Preston is based at the PlesioZord Lab located on the seabed. When the five Dino Charge Rangers are assembled, Dr. Preston decides to spend a six-month expedition into space to learn more about Emoneytion Army. Once fulfilling that objective, Dr. Preston returns to Earth to entrust Purple PlesioZord to the Dino Charge Rangers prior ending up in the hospital due to throwing his back before adding the data he gained to Purple PlesioZord. As Purple Dino Charge Ranger, Dr. Preston announces himself as the "Seafaring Plesio,Dino Charge Purple!" . Dr. Preston was the only Dino Charge Ranger who was still active because he seemingly retired as a Dino Charge Ranger prior to passing the title of Purple Dino Charge Ranger onto his granddaughter Mary, after she earns the trust of Purple PlesioZord as PlesioZord Lab was decimated by the Emoneytion Army while he was in the hospital. After making a recovery, Dr. Preston takes his granddaughter with him so he can train her while they rebuild their lab. He leaves one Purple PlesioZord Saurus Battery with Reese so to allow the younger warrior to summon Purple PlesioZord .

Purple Dino Charge Ranger
The Purple Dino Charge Ranger is a Dino Charge Ranger Key released as part of a toyline set of thirteen Dino Charge Ranger Keys. It is unknown if it will appear in a future crossover. Of course as with all Legendary Ranger Keys, should it exist, it would be able to transform one, into Purple Dino Charge Ranger.
