He is a pacifist who causes trouble because he wants to avoid fighting. When frightened, Don will cower behind either Lola, Joe, or Z.J., but mostly Lola, often resulting in an elbow to the stomach.
High Seas Green[]
High Seas Green
Donny possesses the least amount of skill, as shown from his falling from tall buildings. In battle, however, he duel-wields the High Seas Blasters, focusing his fire on a single enemy in turn without the acrobatic flourish of High Seas Pink.

Ranger Keys[]
The High Seas Green Ranger Key.
The High Seas Green Ranger Key is Donny's personal Ranger Key which allows him to transform into High Seas Green. Whereas the keys of the 29 Ranger teams were created out of the sacrifice of their powers in the Legend War, the origin of the High Seas Ranger Keys is unknown, though it can be assumed the Red Legend had a role in their creation.
As with the other High Seas Ranger Keys, this key is commonly used in the High Seas Rangers' Ranger Key-compatible arsenal and zords for different functions and attacks.
This Ranger Key was turned into a Ranger puppet once, by Basco. Along with the other High Seas Rangers bar an incapacitated Marvelous, Donny confronted and defeated the puppet High Seas Green.
High Seas Christmas Ranger Key
During the High Seas Rangers' Christmas Eve battle, Z.J. borrowed the High Seas Green Ranger Key and the High Seas Red key and merged them into the High Seas Christmas Ranger Key, allowing him to assume a special hybrid form of High Seas Red and High Seas Green called High Seas Christmas.
