Doggie is the Blue Star Defender Ranger.

Past[]
Doggie, who's real name he cannot recall, was once a military commander on his home planet of Sirius. He defended his planet from the onslaught of attacks from the New United Alliance of Evil. He was eventually knocked out cold by a general in a white cloak and, upon waking up, saw he was the only one left on his planet. He blamed the lose of his people on the Power Rangers, since they sent out a signal and no help ever came.
