Doctor Kareem is one of King Moonsault's initial Generals in Power Rangers Shining Spirits.
Character History[]
Early History[]
Born Tori Callen, he was the son of a crime lord who had died just before the series events.
He created the first monster to approve he was worthy of being chosen to serve him, creating Rugby Phear.
Later History[]
When he attempted to create a Black Hole in July 2022, it hooked up to Akron's wormhole in 2042, causing Ceara Quinlin to almost crash into Zack
He worked with Moonsault on a powerful set of cannons on a fort in the Upper Bay that were actually sabotaged by Tessa prior to become Mecha Asheera, killing him and her in the process.
Personality[]
Kareem develops a rather satanic and greedy personality as the series goes on.

Doctor Kareem[]
In this form, he resembles Jin from Kamen Rider Zero-One. Like Jin, he carries a gun.

Demon Kareem[]
In this form, he resembles an octopus
- Sea Stars-he can use these as bombs that suck anything in upon exploding (debuted in ep 17)
- Tentacles-he can use his new appendages to capture or equip with weapons or attachments

- He has the smallest arsenal to start of all the generals
- His similarities to MetsubouJinrai.net fit considering he has a motif of a terrorist
- Until debuting Demon Kareem (1-23), he resemble's Jin's form while using the Flying Falcon Key, where after Demon Kareem's debut (24-36), he resembles him while using the Burning Falcon Key
- How Asheera represents the sky (Raven [Holiday World]) and Axel the land (Jersey Devil [Great Adventure]), he represents the sea (Octopus/Kraken [SeaWorld Orlando])
- Demon Kareem form is Ikargen from Uchu Sentai Kyuranger
- His uniform resembles Rintaro Shindo/Kamen Rider Blades from Kamen Rider Saber
