Backstory[]
Corey was born the son of Jason Lee Scott and lived with him. It is mentioned that during this time, Jason would frequently take with him Corey to visit Tommy Oliver and Katherine "Kat" Hillard-Oliver, whose oldest children, Sam Oliver and J.J. Oliver, Jason served as godfather and whom Corey would often play with during these visits. Sometime in his childhood, Jason and his wife separated and she received primary custody of Corey, with Jason getting him every other weekend.
