The Cops and Robbers Ultrazord is the the combined form of the Robber Mgeazord, Cop Megazord, and Duo Emperor Megazord. All 4 members of both the Cop team and the Robber team are required to pilot the Megazord. It only appears during the last episode. Its finisher is the Cops and Robbers Ultra Blast. All of the VS Riders, minus the VS Fighter, manually separate from the VS Fighter, leaving their silhouettes, and launch themselves towards the opponent in colored dashes, destroying him/her. The VS Riders then return to their silhouettes.
