Commander Ryu Horace is a leader of the Rebellion and the commander of the Cosmic Rangers. He becomes the tenth member of the team as Proto Ranger Violet, later evolving into Cosmic Ranger Draco, after being chosen by the TBA, specifically, the Draco TBA.
