Chisa is Sanda Silver of the Sandarangers and older sister of Asheer.
Alongside her sister, she fell to the Venom Fever and gained the power of Molecular Alteration. In short, when she comes in contact with minerals, her fist becomes that element. When this happens, she begins to have various markings of her fellow knights. These markings depend on what element she comes in contact with. Eventually, her nails will become blood red due to her newfound ability. This is however not as life threatening as the fates that would face Naoki and Daigo.
The Sandarangers and Kagarangers would team up to fight the Riker Rangers and find the Legendary Kagaranger, Zharen.

It is often joked by her teammates that she has a heart of gold, but she really is in a figurative sense.
