Water Tribe was one of the factions of villains in Power Rangers Treasure Hunt. It was led by Devil Merman and their right-hand woman Pteromaid. Their base is their Underwater Lair. Its main footsoldier is the Aquaticks. Devil Merman and Pteromaid would work together with other villain factions like Stormar, Flamestar and Quakelord sometimes in order to form brief alliances.
