The Ryukengers (リュウケンジャー Ryuukenjā?) are the 46th Super Sentai. They are a team of fantasy creature-themed rangers, consisting of five humans, who was selected by Lady Kashibai and the Covenant Guardians. They use their powers of the ancient "Sacred Beast" to fight the evil Mansion of the Damned. The group of five would later ally with the two new Rangers, Ryuken Gold and Ryuken Silver serving as an official sixth member of the team. They would also ally with Alter Ranger, a former member of the Mansion of the Damned as well as their former enemy and serving as an official extra member of the team.

Rangers' Background[]
- Eiji Kanemoto (Ryuken Red): Eiji is a wise man and lucky guy and positive person who likes to be a novelist, even his parents are also novelists. After his mother has died and his father return to South Korea, Eiji didn't give up and continue to pursue his dreams as a novelist without losing his hope. He also holds a deep and immense love for books, believing they bring happiness and joy to others. His joy for them is so great, he is willing to put everything down just to read to children, and often donates books to orphanages and elementary schools. Eiji acts as the leader of the team, displaying a determined spirit to his teammates, his efforts did not go in vain, as he was able to reconcile with his former comrades and save everyone in the process.
- Junya Saito (Ryuken Yellow): Junya appears to be serious and difficult to approach from first glance, but on the contrary, he is actually quite down-to-earth and was willing to teach Eiji the ins-and-outs of becoming an effective Super Sentai members, though Eiji's rather unorthodox methods of fighting often leaves him flabbergasted. However due to his upbringing, Junya has little to no practical experience in everyday culture in general, despite being extremely knowledgeable about it through books.
- Hinami Akamichi (Ryuken Green): She was once raised by her cousin, Ren Akamichi. After the decade passed, she was originally recruited as one of the swordsmans of the organizations Sword of Logos but she had decided to leave the organization and Ren alone to continue to training as a swordswoman. She is an aggresive person, often smiling and laughing during a fight. She is very stronger and accept advice from others, even from those she admires or cares about. However underneath that childish personality is an unhealthy obsession with strength, believing that only the strong can bring justice.
- Yoshinori Ito (Ryuken Blue): Yoshinori seems kind and quiet on the outside, he is a heroic man who cares for the welfare, lives, and safety of other innocent people. However, underneath all this is someone who often fights against his own inner conflicts within himself, which is presented as his greatest flaw. He is unable to be open with them, always attempting to resolve them on his own. This tendency would change after a heart-to-heart with his friends, who advises him to trust in his friends and don't solve anything on his own.
- Ayaka Ogami (Ryuken White): She is the niece of the swordsman Ryo Ogami. Ayaka presents herself as a very mysterious woman, keeping her true intentions concealed at all times. In conversation, she is polite, but not warm or friendly; instead, she takes a very professional, calm, and detached approach to most of her interactions with others. While generally keeping a cool tone, she can get more aggressive and stern whenever she needs to make a point, such as reminding anyone who doubts her orders that any of her words are from the other Ryukengers.
- Sento Asamachi (Ryuken Gold): Sento is the one of the twin brother of Asamachi siblings. He is the first two members who was selected as the Ryukengers. Sento is mellow and selfless, and cares very much for his family. He is hardworking while helping out with his brother, such as the other Ryukengers. Sento is very much aware of his loyalty to the Ryukengers, despite seemingly showing no sign of care for his brother at first, Sento actually cares about him well-being.
- Kento Asamachi (Ryuken Silver): Kento is the one of the twin brother of Asamachi siblings. He is the first two members who was selected as the Ryukengers. Kento is described as clear-headed, being shy but quite prideful. He is somewhat submissive, generally meaning well but lacking confidence and often the necessary strength of will. Despite the latter treating his like a professional subordinate, Kento is constantly dedicated to winning his brother's favor and holds an immense amount of respect for him. Kento is always delighted to be with his brother.
- Garuda (Alter Ranger): His real name was Fuji Takada. He became disillusioned and decided to take the burden of finding the truth on himself. He began to believe that the current world was artificially created and destined to end due to him wielding the shadow power, albeit in a shorter period of time. As a result, he became more brutal and cold-blooded, willing to sacrifice innocent people to achieve his goals. Despite his actions and sins, Garuda/Fuji does in fact regret his cold-hearted actions and properly admitted his defeat to Eiji, hoping he doesn't make the same mistakes he did for the past.
