Plot[]
"VOLCANIUS! GIVE ME THE STAR ORB!"
The time between Fuden's wish being granted, and the full release of Volcanius onto the Earth is essential. It is the only time where he is weak enough for Jacobs to control him.
Viro set the time span for the portal to be open for 1 week, so for as long as Jacobs can fight and keep Volcanius at bay for the next week, he will be defeated. Viro did this for a reason, but why?...
"Volcanius! I've come to bargain!" Jacobs uses an Illusion to confront the demon.
"YOU'VE COME TO DIE!" Volcanius declares as he destroys the illusion.
But for some reason, the loop starts over. For four days, this has been the state of affairs...
"VOLCANIUS! GIVE ME THE STAR ORB!"
The Earth's last hope, is the Greatest Magician On Earth...
Elsewhere, Jiro has landed on the mysterious asteroid Centari. Home of the Brain Shard...
It is guarded by a monastery of the people of the Quasar Empire. An ancient, apocalyptic race of Golden Aliens, with the sole purpose of keeping the Destiny Shards as far away from each other as possible. Visions of the very Brain Shard has revealed to them that the probability of cataclysmic event increases evermore as they get closer, and saturate to one person's control...
Jiro, disguised as the Quasar Monk Debris, makes his way to the chamber containing the Brain Shard. The dark room makes way for a shimmering green light. Trapped by a cosmic ember, held aghast by a chain like a necklace, the Brain Shard shines brightly as it senses Jiro's arrival.
Behold...The Brain Shard....
DAY 5
Back on Earth, Viru failed to make a wish to Volcanius as he lays shocked over Viro. Inside the Benzema Estate, Jacobs doesn't account for him and is unaffected by the loop.
A message rings on the computer for Viru. He stands up to read it...
"Viru...
Viro has planned his defeat, and ordered me to send you designs for a new body. Don't fear. This is merely the beginning of our takeover. The "Volcanius Plan" is a fail. We will proceed with the new plan.
-Vire"
DAY 6
"OOF!" Calvin says as he lands in a quary, his back strained as he gets up from the fall. He walks in the rock quary, demorphed and stranded in the desert heat, wandering for a way out...
Jacobs continues to do his loop. Yawning at the boring task he sits in a tree, arms folded and legs crossed as he simply whips up a new illusion to go through with the loop. No one, not Ryan, Ayumi, any of the rangers, Fuden, or even Volcanius are aware of the deja vu. No one, that is, except for Sakura, the greatest Magician in the Universe.
"YOU'VE COME TO DIE!" Volcanius declares as he destroys the illusion.
"Wait a minute? This seems familiar??" She says right before the time loop happens again.
On Centari, Jiro commits to stealing the Brain Shard. However, a fellow monk arrives to stop him.
"DEBRIS! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! YOU KNOW WE'RE TO NEVER TOUCH THE BRAIN SHARD!" The golden-skinned, curly haired tall spectre shouts. His name, Trey Cosmos.
Jiro knows this, and begins to espouse the kind of response the brash and angry at life Debris would give.
"SHUT UP COSMOS! This doesn't involve you! I have something I need to do!
"And you're going to take the Shard to do it? Bring the Universe closer to destruction? Put it down." Cosmos tries to talk down Debris, as the disguised Jiro picks up the shard and begins to hold it out at him.
"Debris. Stop. This isn't right. People are going to die if that thing leaves here!" Cosmos tries to reason. Jiro, deep down knows this to be true, but his blind rage at Sakura has driven him to revenge. Revenge he must get. Revenge, for his people. The people of Buraku Sakura destroyed.
Jiro then fires at Cosmos, knocking him back, and makes his escape. Cosmos lies, bleeding out from his damages as he tends to his wounds.
DAY 7
Calvin, after hours of walking, sees a large building. A familiar building...
"No way..." He whispers. He runs to the building. SNAKE's main base in Hanoi, North Vietnam. Two Scowls appear at the top of the building.
"Two Scowls!" Calvin is stunned at the sight of the two. How is Scowl I alive?
"Hello Roosevelt. I'm surprised you made it here." Scowl II says.
"It's really nice to see you again, boy." Scowl I says.
"How are you alive? I destroyed you already!" Calvin questions.
"The power of Volcanius is amazing. He knows no bounds." Scowl II says. The two jump and stand in front of the Red Ranger.
"And we have a special guest for you as well." Scowl II says. From behind, Calvin is shot, and hit by a stray bullet. It's Agent Orange.
"Eddie!" Calvin whispers. Eddie transforms into his U.L.S.A.R form.
"Your old friend is here!" Scowl I hams away. The two Scowls draw their swords, ready to cut down on the Red Ranger.
Calvin realizes what is about to happen. He pulls out the DANGER Driver and morphs into his Overload Mode. The three combatants rail on the Leader of the EDF Rangers, but he remains strong, fast, furious.
"Eddie! Please remember! It's me Calvin!" Calvin tries to call out. Eddie however, is blind to it. Both Scowls are better fighters than usual, as per the wish of Scowl II. The slash and cut away at the Red Ranger, knocking him down.
"Vengeance will be ours!" The Scowls cry out. Calvin gets up and gets back into the fight. Despite their enhancements, the two are still no match for Overload Mode.
Viru, per the instructions of Vire reconstructs Viro as Viro MK. II. A much more powerful beast, Viro now has the power of all the data Scowl had been collecting prior to this plan. Power, that may put him on the same level of power as Calvin's Overload Mode.
"Thank you Viru. Our plan is in place. Jacobs is holding Volcanius at bay, that fool Scowl kept the Red Ranger busy, and now we have in me someone to compete with that meddling Overload Mode." Viro says.
Viru sighs a sigh of relief. But quickly comes to terms. "Wait. Did you plan all of this?" "I'll explain this to you on the way. There's something we need from the Benzema Estate. There's no way he'll be able to beat the Overload Mode, but he has something we need..." Viro grins evilly. His new form come with a super powered Katana that may finally bring him victory. Jacobs continues his loop. Seven days have passed, and the time for the Dimension Portal to close has come. But after a week of doing the same thing over and over, Jacobs has been exhausted, and falls asleep, for just a second.
Long enough, for Sakura to realize what is going on. She places uses her magic to destroy the Dimension Portal, such that the next time this happens, Jacobs can't continue to loop. "VOLCANIUS! GIVE ME THE STAR ORB!" Jacobs sleeps right through this. Fuden is given the Star Orb. Jacobs wakes up just in time to begin the loop again, for the last time.
"VOLCANIUS! GIVE ME THE STAR ORB!". This time, Volcanius destroys the illusion, and Jacobs can't continue.
"Oh no..." Ryan, demanding answers prompts Jacobs. He explains the situation, and how they need to get the Dimension Portal working again.
"That's not going to work. We don't have the time to fix that. We're gonna need the zords..." Ryan says.
"The Zords! We have to combine my zord with yours! It's the only way!" Jacobs responds.
"And how? You came up with that Train! It's not compatible with my system!" Ryan yells.
Andy rolls over the knocked out Golden Soldier, and tries to see his identity. He desperately wishes it to be his father...
Elsewhere, Calvin continues his fight. As he is worn down, the Scowls taunt his weakness. But Overload Mode will not give in.
"WHY WON'T YOU JUST DIE!" Scowl II says.
"I can do this all day." He says to the Scowls and Agent Orange. He readies his finishing move, and kickstrikes the three down, damaging them. He goes in for the finisher on the three...
"DANGER OVERLOAD! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!" Calvin hits all three with a triple kick strike, defeating Scowl I for good and demorphing Eddie.
"AVENGE ME MY SON!" Scowl says as he is destroyed.
"NOOOOOO! NOO!! NO!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Scowl II begins to lose his mind at the sight of his Dad's defeat.
Calvin runs over to Eddie, trying to help him regain his consciousness.
"Eddie! Eddie!!! Wake Up!!! Oh Eddie please wake up!!!" Calvin shakes his old friend. All of a sudden, a slash wave collides with Calvin's shield, causing an explosion that rips Calvin away from Eddie. It knocks back a mourning Scowl II. Calvin looks over to see what happened. A fiery haze clears away showing the energized blade in the hands of the man who caused this. Two dark figures walk over the hellfire. The man with the Sword, to Scowl, and the other, to Eddie
Scowl coughs as he reawakens. Quickly he is stomped on. Weakened by the fight, Scowl finds himself under the boot of the new and improved Viro.
"YOU?!?!?" Scowl screams in fury.
"Ah, Scowl the Second. This place holds great meaning to you and your Family I assume. It's a shame IT HAS TO GO!" Viro slashes at it, and in one swoop, the entire base is destroyed.
"How..how...how did you survive! I destroyed you!" Scowl weakly says. Viro begins to exposit his plan. His smirk reveals that he was ahead of Scowl this whole time.
"Hmmph. Okay. I'll tell you. Y'know, I didn't plan to escape that government holding until the time was right. But then you and Viru barged in and freed me, and told me your little Volcanius Plan. Change of course. Not a tough job for me, those texts were not very hard reads for a genius like me. But this plan would cost the Earth, so I let the Magician know about this, and solve that problem. The problem, that is the Destruction of the Earth! Our home you fool!" He begins to dig his foot into Scowl.
Viru shakes down Eddie, and pulls off the U.L.S.A.R Reactor.
"You see, Scowl, your goals are incompatible with my goals. You're willing to destroy the Earth to get revenge on the Red Ranger. I want to save this planet, from chaotic humans like you." Viro says.
"You what?" Scowl coughs.
"You humans. Irrational. Crazy. Shortsighted. And this planet has suffered because of it. As soon as you attacked me, I knew if I didn't do something your plan would destory this Planet. I only let it proceed, because if Viru could have made OUR wish to Volcanius, and Jacobs stopped Volcanius from destroying the planet, we would yet win, as you and your filth would have been cleansed from this Earth."
Calvin looks over and sees this chaos.
"But that wouldn't come to pass. No matter, I had a plan for that. I let you destroy me. I stole your info on EVERYTHING. I had myself rebuilt into this very form. And with that Reactor, your LAST reactor Scowl. The one in possession of your slave Agent Orange, I can continue my plan, having not lost anything." He digs his boot further into Scowl's chest.
"GRAAAA! If that's all true, then why did you work with us!!! GRAAAAAAA!!!" Scowl screams.
Viro smiles. "I underestimated you, Scowl. I thought I could sneak this under all of your noses. Volcanius could have brought me victory, and the Rangers defeating him was all I needed to secure that victory. But you had a way of stopping that from happening. Your rage has shown me what I know to already be true. Shown me what will happen, if Earth is left in the hands of Humans." Viro says.
Scowl draws his sword to attack the Viro, but Viro is faster. He draws his sword and slashes at Scowl's mask. He picks up the Heir and shows him to Calvin, reavealing Scowl's identity to the Red Ranger.
"Look at him, Red Ranger. Familiar, isn't he?" Viro knows about Calvin's past with Antoine Benzema.
"Benzema..." Calvin is horrified at seeing his doctor is strung about like an old toy.
Viro laughs as he tosses Benzema off the cliff into the South China Sea, discarding him like trash.
"Viro. The Reactor is locked to this Human's DNA. It's useless without him." Viru says.
"I see." Viro responds. He looks over at Calvin and taunts him.
"You're friend is mine for the time being."
Calvin screams as he runs to save Eddie. Viro slashes, demorphing Calvin, and leaving him for dead, as Viro and Viru escape with Eddie in tow...
Volcanius is free to Roam the Earth. But the rangers summon the Zords to take him on. Ryan has to force Andy to battle. They form the AstroFleet Megazord, but it's lack of magic keeps it from victory.
Jacobs summons the IllusionZord. It does a good job of keeping Volcanius at bay, but is not strong enough to defeat him.
Jacobs then realizes that he needs more power. The message he received told him the code needed to combine
"Rangers! We have to combine the IllusionZord with your zords!" He says.
"Will it work?" Ryan asks as the AstroFleet Megazord is kicked backwards..
"Trust me! I know what I can do! Besides, I'm the greatest Magician on the Earth!" Jacobs says.
"Ryan please! We don't have any other options!" Ayumi pleads. Raiden and Will agree as they lose control of the legs due to Volcanius' power.
"ALRIGHT I'LL TRUST YOU!" Ryan says, faced with the truth.
"ILLUSIONFLEET COMBINATION!" At once, the IllusionFleet Megazord is formed. Combining the Star, Laser, Canary, and IllusionZords, it's increased power and Jacobs Magic are able to defeat Volcanius.
"ELLUDE ILLUSION!!" At once, time repeats again. This time, without Volcanius.
Fuden's wish has just been granted, and the Golden Soldier is falling out of the sky as the Star Orb falls out of his hand, right into Fuden's. His smile is ear to ear, as he is seconds before winning his prize.
But before he can, Sakura jumps in and steals it...
"SAKURA? WHAT IS THIS?" Fuden's fury begins to boil over. Raiden as well is questioning. Sakura eyes the orb with a serious expression, one the brothers have never seen before.
"Sakura, what are you doing? What are you going to do with that Orb?" Raiden tries to talk Sakura down from using the orb, unsure of what she is about to do. She wants to be a magician, not have the orb, right?
Fuden tries to get the orb back, but Sakura's magic is infinite. Raiden tries to slash lightning at her, but her command of lightning strikes and demorphs the whole team, leaving them powered down.
She sees Jacobs pained from the attack. Her cold expression turns warm as her smile grows to bigger than ever.
"Y'know, If I knew it was this easy, I would have done this years ago." She starts. She looks at Jacobs as he stands, and blows a whirlwind to knock him down.
"Greatest magician, huh? HAH! I, PRINCESS SAKURA! AM THE GREATEST MAGICIAN IN THE UNIVERSE!" Her display is more grandiose than ever. Larger fireworks, larger cheers, the sounds of thunderous approval adorn her.
"And with this in my control, I WILL BECOME THE NEW HEIR TO THE THRONE OF AMATERASU, AND RULE THE TEN WORLDS!"
"YOU WHAT?!?" Fuden questions, his anger has grown ten-fold.
"Oh, Big Brothers. I was never considered to be the Heir." She starts. She smiles as she sees Raiden struggle to get up.
"But no more. You see, I only embarked on this Magician's journey to get the power I would need to challenge the two of you for the throne. But on my way here, Jiro told me about your contest for the Orb. I assumed it was gone, but now that I have it in my hand? HAH! I WILL BE THE CHOSEN HEIR! YOU HAVE NO POWER TO STOP ME!!"
She opens a portal.
"NOOO!!!" Raiden and Fuden scream, but she disappears. On her way back to Amaterasu. On her way back, to win the throne...
