Bullionizer was a gold-themed Ligany Type Shadoomer of the Shadow Empire. It was released by the invasion gate created from the dark energy gathered by Safecracker.

As with all Shadoomers, Bullionizer was a very unintelligent & feral monster who spoke only in roars but had a penchant for gold based attacks.

Gold Breath: Bullionizer was able to breathe out a mist of gold from its mask's mouth.
- Gold Transmutation: Bullionizer's gold breath could turn its opponents into a gold statue.

Notes[]

Bullionizer is the first gold-themed monster since the Midas Hound from Power Rangers Zeo.
- The difference, however, is that the Midas Hound is based on the King Midas story, while Bullionizer is modeled after gold bars (albeit it does share the Midas Hound's ability to turn things into gold).
Bullionizer's head is similar to King Sphinx from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
